HOW CAN I HELP?
Leslie J. Ross served her county in the U.S. Air Force for 23 plus years. In that capacity she worked in the Avionics and Medical fields culminating as a First Sergeant of a Medical Squadron. Leslie was 12 credits into her MBA at the University of North Dakota when she was called back to Active Duty, 6 days after 9/11.

Post service she worked for the Department of Homeland Security, started two successful disabled veteran owned companies and then finally was hired for her dream job, or so she thought, County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO).
She quickly became the first CVSO in the state to have three counties and then a forth. She served in that capacity for 6.5 years before she ultimately became a VA Accredited Claims Agent (The real dream job).

She is a fearless and passionate champion of justice and "NO" is not in her vocabulary. She treats each veteran and their claim personally. Her work is reflection of the Air Force core values of Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in all she does.
